Who are the Boosters?

The Booster Club of Hinsdale Central High School is a 501(c)3 Not For Profit that was established in 1949. The Club is managed by parent volunteers in coordination with the HCHS Principal, Athletic Director and Activities Director. Boosters fundraises to support all Activities and Athletics at HCHS through their semiannual Grant Program. 

The Boosters provide funds to supplement and enhance the Activities and Athletics Programs at Hinsdale Central.

HOW CAN YOU SUPPORT THE BOOSTERS?

BECOME A Member

The Boosters membership dues fund the majority of the Boosters budget. The Boosters membership helps to promote attendance at school events, which in turn increases the ability to provide Booster grants, scholarships, and much more!

SHOP SPIRIT WEAR

Throughout the year, the Boosters holds spirit wear sales at Hinsdale Central and all home varsity football games. Merchandise can also be purchased through our online webstore. All profits from sales go directly to the school community.

SUPPORT Concessions

The Boosters Concessions Committee manages concessions sales at home football games and indoor sporting events. At the end of each season, a portion of the profits is paid to the various sports clubs that hosted events.

HOW WE SUPPORT STUDENTS

Grants

Any student organization can apply for a grant in the fall or spring for funds to support the needs of their activity or athletic club. The Boosters grants help meet student needs that cannot be fulfilled by the District 86 budget.

Scholarships

Scholarships are awarded each year to graduating seniors. The Boosters Scholarship Committee, Athletics and Activities Directors determine eligibility and make recipient recommendations to the Boosters Board for approval.
